About Us  

It is often said that an organization’s most important resource is its people. A cliché perhaps, but true. Looking after the people who serve the people therefore is doubly important, and that is what we do in the Department of Human Resources.

The Government of Bermuda is the country’s largest employer and the job of Government is complex and diverse. By definition the careers that make up Bermuda’s Civil Service are wide-ranging, rich in variety and challenging.

Our role in the Department of Human Resources is to provide a professional human resource management service in support of client departments that pro-actively facilitate Government’s objectives in all areas. Our work covers the full HR mix including:
